Vic, the owner of Frontline Painting, collected a substantial deposit and did not complete the work. He sounded knowledgeable, came to the site, but only to take a deposit and never return again when he was scheduled to do so. He will not return calls or answer blocked numbers, yet he continues to advertise with the same contact info. He is a scammer, stay clear of him.
