Credit not returned for bad service

I bought a wireless extender that was not working properly and endedup with iyogi services still problem not resolved, iyogi representive stated that the charge of $39.99 would be credited back to debit card within 7 business days, well it is now 11/05 and i still have not been credited the $39.99 to my account.
