Edward L. Toomey Confidence Man, Scam Artist, Ripped Me Off

Ed Toomey sold his services to me by presenting himself as a General Contractor with vast experience and was confident that he could complete our project.

Ed Toomey took a very long time to complete the project.

Ed Toomey did not pay his subs... Preformed very poor workmanship.

Ed Toomey did not have one permit or inspection done on the project... He presented me with fraudulent documents and claimed that he did everything correctly.

The result of his actions are that he stranded my family in an illegal building. We now have to get everything permitted and inspected ourselves. It will be very expensive to clean up the mess that Edward L Toomey created... I am unsure at this point if we can even correct the problems left by his lax oversight.

Ed Toomey carefully, cleverly extracted my money and then did not return calls, answer the phone, he seems to be a man without conscience... Smug... A perfect picture of a confidence man.
