Samsung mobile not working

I sweta j. Hakani would like to say that i had purchased samsung mobile from zoop shop add: shop no. 301, nene building, r.M. Ray marg, charni road, mumbai 400 004 tel. No. 23899696. Vide bill no. 139 dtd. 27.08.2011 model no. Gts-8530 i.M.E.I. No. 355082/04/848379/5 for rs. 14650/-. The same mobile is not working properly (side lock is not working and camera is not working properly, images is coming blood) and i had asked the service centre personenel to verify the same, sombody was came from service centre add: shop no. 5, jamna darshan co. Op. Hos. Soc.'a' wing borivali west mumbai 400091 tel. No. 30308282. Bill no. 4129014491 dtd. 28.03.12 and it was told by him that repairing is more and will cost you about 5000 to 8000 rs. Than i got shocked as warranty period is not over and secondly being a reputed company's mobile and if it is not working than that is very surprise for normal human being to get it repaired so please check up at your end and let us know what to do as you are the commonly known to each and every person of world ans if some body will comes to know that product's are not reliable than it will effect to your sales also which not a sinlge company will allow in today's compition market. So please advice to me what to do now.
