Do not under any circumstances, use this company, " Mountain Brooke Pools' or individual' Frank Giaimo." He hooked us by promising a contract and references and knows all of the right things to say and then he rips you off and runs with the money. He gets the first major draw and goes like gang busters, then he say's he has no running capital and asks for draws because he has so many jobs going. He talks in circles and lies so often he forgets what he tells you. When we caught him in lies he would become defensive and blame us for being dishonest the typical M. O for a pathological Liar. He did not finish our pool, the concrete was not poured correctly he left plumbing to pool unfinished our pool pump now no longer works and he did not remove concrete he dug up that was scattered in our back yard now we have to pay someone to bring a Bobcat in and have all of it removed as well as 2 dump truck loads of dirt we cannot use that we paid for over and above out of our pocket to have brought in. When we became suspicious of his character I watched him while he was working our our pool one day, he was unaware I was home and I heard him verbally bash my husband the whole time. When I went back to check on him again he had poured concrete over 2 drains that were supposed to be framed up, now they are useless and we paid an additional 250.00 to put them in. When my husband came home he tried to call him and he would not answer his phone and we could not find him for 5 weeks. Frank gave us a line of bull as to why he did not call or show up to work. Long story short we have a disaster in our backyard with no money left to fix it. The icing on the cake, when we put his feet to the fire and forced him to fess up he threatened to file bankruptcy.
