Wont start

Got a fuel fan for holiday from my father witch died in Jan. Of 2012 dont possess a statement from this cant think it is. Device wont start seras wont do nouthing about this since i dont understand the telephone # it had been set under. Explained I'll need to purchase it. The mafg. Day about the device is March not adequate enough for them. I'll NEVER PURCHASE NOUTHING FROM SEARS all I'd like is swap-out the system. Cheers G. H parma hts Ohio
