Worse service ever!

Roto Rooter in Farmingdale, New York first appeared to "fix" the drain problem on March 26, within 5 days, they were back again as they did not "fix" anything.

On the third attempt for them to "fix" the problem, I consulted an actual retired plumber and he advised me that they love to "bs" women in order to increase their sales numbers!

First and second plumber just simply cleaned out the vent, not the actual sewer pipe as they claim they are able to do! They also had the nerve to try to charge me $100 to dig the hole in order to access the sewer caps. I refused to pay the $100 to dig a hole or to replace the new caps.

This company is a nightmare, their technicians must have worked for Cablevision because they never show up on time, do not know what they are doing and try to rip the consumer off! Beware of Roto Rooter.
