Purchasing deceptive, product doesn't work

1) When purchasing, I accidentally ordered 2 (1st was $14.99,2nd was $9.99) I should have stopped there, but decided to give one to a friend.

2) The invoice total was $56.78. I was stunned. [I am sorry that I didn't just shut down my computer and erase everything.]

3) I ordered in November for Christmas. They arrived in late January.

4) I cannot get even one pin to come out.

5) To get something out of the deal, I'm going to try hammering the little pins into the wall. Haven't try it yet...
