Cheap product that lasts a year at very best - Buyer Beware

I had purchased from this company about two years ago. Like a lot of posts, initially I was very pleased with this mattress.

I have done everything I was supposed to (turning often to even out the pressure on the bed), but it is now to the point where this is no support left no matter what I do. I actually throw my hips and ribs out constantly and the only way to avoid this is to sleep on the floor. I am an adult female that has weighs around 145 lbs — hardly much weight for any bed to endure.

I don't know about any of you, but I fully expect a mattress to last well beyond 2 years. It honestly really started getting bad just after 6 months and has deteriorated quickly since then. I'm quite irritated as I would have rather used the $600 plus that I spent on this mattress to put towards a Tempur-pedic mattress andhad better quality that lasted a lot longer.

I have had a previous back injury, so support to a bed is beyond necessary for me to have.

I have not had a response back from Overnight Mattress about this issue. Sometimes the phone line is down and a couple of times I have had bounced back emails. My last resort is to post complaints on every review site I can find.

Very disappointing.
