Jose flores Rude, cut all sprinkler lines, property vandalized Internet

Jose Flores was extremly rude ans asked for much more money than on the receipt. We complied and give him more money. He charged 350.00 for 8 hours of labor and he is not licensed contractor. We paid him to lay brick around the yard and to throw grass seed down.

After he left we tried to turn on our yard sprinklers and none worked. We found out that all of the electrical wiring on the sprinkler system was cut and vandalized. We called and he said he doesnt care and we are just trying to get him to do work for free.

Lolng story short, we overpaid and our property has been vandalized; Jose flores refuses to do anything to help us. He made my mom very upset by argueing with her and using swear words towards an old woman. I was not home to control the situation. He took the extra money from her and left. When my mom called to ask him if we have to water the seeds he said dont call me and rudely hung up.

We will be filing a complaint with the local police department for vandalism.
