I could not help but notice hot tubs direct on the Internet. It is one of the first to pop up on the screen. Last November I talked with chris and Danielle I believe. They led me to believe that their product wasThe best on the market. The aqua pro fitness model was deluxe and would take the place of a swimming Pool. Base model was 18,999 with free shipping. I added on the speakers and a circulator as extras. I was told that I would need to send them a check asap in their overnight mailer. I was promised the productWould be shipped mid march or the first of April. After reading these reports I suspect is to be scam city.

I started calling ten days ago to nail them down on a shipping date. I would get no answer. The only lineThat gets answered quickly is option one, cheerful danielle. He told me repeatedly that the consumer Service dept handles the delivery. That dept never picks up. It is either busy or goes to voice mail. Even theChat line is frustrating. When they sense the urgency in your chat, they send you Jeff and Marianne emailAnd telephone numbers. The emails don't get answered and the voice mails get no where as well. SoonAfter I investigated with bbb in Oakland and they gave them an f rating. Why this company continues to Operate and is allowed to operate is beyond me. My deadline hasn't gotten here but I am starting with theComplaint process.
