Ripoff, want money, never finish the job, start working at 9pm at night have police called on me due to that, never get calls back, only run arounds now for 30 days

Had an ac installed a month ago, still not done with it, sends a person to do the job, he only believes that he should work at 9pm during the week, my neighbors call the police every time (i live in a townhouse) i get nothing but the run around from corp. Office and margate branch office. They are calling me demanding payment, but still dont have me heating element up and going. Supposeitly i had a meeting with the big boss of margate branch last night at 6pm at my house, well its tuesday night and still noone came. I have made so many calls that half the buttons on my phone are broke from punching in the same numbers over and over. Anyway to much to right about. But i hope someone can help me...
