We purchased a 3 piece reclining sectional from Got Furniture which took more than a month to be ready for pickup at their store. We were informed that one of the handles for one of the three recliners was incorrect and that they could send the sofa back or we could accept it and they would order the correct part and install it as soon as it comes in. We were told this would take about 2 weeks.

We accepted the sofa because we were tired of waiting. The craziest thing was that of all days it rained right at the time we went to pick it up. The sofas were covered in heavy plastic and we couldn't see everything. We didn't want to rip the plastic because we didn't want our new furniture to get wet. Big mistake... All the recliners were extremely crooked.

I called Got Furniture to let them know of this problem. I suspect that they knew the recliners were crooked if they saw that the incorrect recliner handle was installed. They said the sofa manufacturer would fix this as well when they came to install the new handle. This took more than a month, not 2 weeks. They took the furniture, but returned it just as crooked as before and they also ripped one of the corners. They won't return my calls and I am simply disgusted with such unprofessionalism and bad business.
