Rip-off! Overcharged and double charged!

I engaged Markay Johnson to build (general) my home in 2003. We agreed on a cost plus 10%. The home was completed but shortly after construction we found that we had been overcharged and double charged in a few areas. I approached Markay about this and he became very defensive. Since then I have had my accountant go through all of the records and these intial findings were confirmed.

He has in no way tried to resolve this. There are at this time tens of thousands of over-charges. I also have found he is using pictures of my home on the internet and through advertising without my written or vebal permission.

I also found a testimonial supposedly written by me. I never wrote such a letter. I am concerned about his business practices and I in no way want any association with him. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
