Request for Policy

I absolutely love firestone. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am asking the company to consider a no pet policy. A fellow customer came in with his dog and it was jumping on and sniffing the rest of us. I was extremely uncomfortable but the staff did not address it. I should not be subjected to unleashed pets in professional establishments that do not service animals. I ask that the company implement a no pet policy, with the exception of service animals, or at least implement a leash or carrier policy.
