Chicago development group greedy fly by night real estate firm, false projections on properties, pathetic cosmetic construction and lack of management skills practiced without licenses, beware!

To sum Sonny Mehraban in one word it would be GREED! Chicago Development Group is your typical real estate scam. They buy properties in very depressed areas, slap a cheap paint job on the walls and call it a "full rehab" and fill it with dead beat tenants and sell the buildings. He only cares about himself and the next deal. He offers management services or basically whatever the investor needs in order to sign on the dotted line. Once the sale happens, Chicago Development Group and Sonny Merahban drive off in there array of fast sports cars as they doubled their money on the flip and move on. He stiffs all of his workers and has a baseball bat that sits at the front door to give you an idea... As an out of town investor I have heard and saw nothing but shady practices from Chicago Development group. This is the forth office address I have seen for his company as people are always upset with him and trying to find him. He has a few people that work with him but I have not had any contact with them. I am sure its a fraud and will be caught eventually... BEWARE!!!

I am not suprised to see the other report about him.

Hopefully I will save someones hard earned money by writing this as they are a dangerous company and will sell anything at any price for a quick buck, leaving you with the headache of no rent and squatters and all rental rates being lower then projected. Hes simply a liar and only cares about money.
