Salesman Jun promised that my down payment on a condo in Manila was refundable if I cancelled the contract. He assured me that there was no problem returning the money.

He said that we needed to put the money down "just to hold it" in their computerized database in our name.

It has been over a month since I cancelled it, and I don't have my $200 dollars back.
