Ordered the Healthmaster online and even with the fast shipping they were 3 weeks late in shipping. As soon as I opened the box I repacked the blender... How cheaply made it was, nothing like the other juicers you could even buy in the store for much less money.

Immediately called the company and stayed on the phone for a while, told them I wanted to return the item and they told me they would deduct $89 from my price if I would keep it. I told them NO and I wanted my money back, it was not the quality they suggested and it was, I never used and I am returning it. "Well", she said, "you opened the box and now you have to pay a $89 fee for handling to our company". I asked to speak to a manager and she kept me on hold for 15 minutes and returned and said they did not have a manager to talk to me.

I told her I would not pay $89 to return the d*n machine and she was a rip off and I was going to tell the BBB and the Attorney General for ripping me off. She then said she would do it for a $40 fee of restocking. So I pay $40 to ship it here and then another $40 to return it.? What happened to the happiness guaranteed or my money back, no questions asked?

I am returning it Monday and will have my return receipt in hand. After reading all these emails I will be writing some letters. Montel... Really... What a disappointment and this comes from a man who has MS and knows illness but yet he entices other people with illnesses to buy his horrible machine at a high price and get ripped off. Bad Karma Montel! My respect is gone.
