The address for the free gifts gets me nothing AND there is no way to contact them to complain

After sending in my membership check I was notified how to request the free gifts promised. The internet address provided was only for buying tools etc. There was no opportunity to request the items promised.

I tried using the address given as an E-mail add and it wouldn't work either.
