Ripoff did not refund a deposit

This builder will take your deposit and then you will not hear from them, i have called to speak to judy who originally wrote a contract and she doesn't return any of my calls. I was told financing will be 6% only to find the credit report was not even pulled, they promised that a realtor would call for the land showing this also never happend, i gave a deposit of $500.00 and when i called to speak with glen who advised to call him with any problems, i was told he would get back to me.

This has also never happend, i advised the secretary i would place a stop payment on my check and about 5 min later glen called to say he would handle it. The next day my check was cashed. I have since cancelled my agreement with this builder and received a letter advising i will only get back $450.00 of my deposit. I signed the agreement and mailed it back certified mail only to not get back any of the money and now neither glen or judy are available to discuss this issue. Buyer beware, i have filed a small claim suite againts this company and will update the outcome.
