We posted on Craigslist to have a fence installed on our property. He
represented himself as a family business partner for a company serving
the community for 45 years.

He was knowledgeable of the fencing industry and bid the job much lower
than others did. He seemed very professional, courteous, and a really
nice guy that knew his stuff.

He was quick to bid the job and quick to return for a 50% deposit
promising the job would begin in two days. When he failed to meet his
proposed deadline we decided to do a search on Milton.

A quick internet searched revealed that Milton has been scamming people since 2004. He even scammed a childhood friend.

Milton had no idea that we were already on to him when he showed up at our door to try and talk his way out of why he hadn't contacted us for four days and why the job hadn't started.
