I needed my drain removed of the oil plug, decided on cost of $244.00. When work was completed "MARK" changed agreement and transformed cost to $419.00. After I protested, he explained he might include both costs collectively at over $700.00!!! All to get a $200.00 work. Stay away from using the services of Mr. David Hartman, in Albany NY. He is a liar along with a con artist.
