Bogus Website, Definately a Scam Site

Purchased a rug in January. Money was taken out of bank account but never recieved my rug. Wrote to sites e-mail to request tracking information and did not get a response.

I notified the sites shopping cart company and Pay Pal that therugsfactory is a fraudulent website. I also filed a complaint with the US Attorney General Internet Fraud Division.

I also managed to locate a possible address for the rugsfactory, (a PO Box in California) and intend to file a complaint with the California Attorney General Office and notify local law enforcement (State Police).

The Rugs Factory is definitely a fraudulent website and I would strongly recommend you do not attempt to make a purchase from this site or any site associated with The Rugs Factory.

Any one with additional information as to the Owner, photos of the owner, local address, ect... Would be greatly appreciated so that I may add this information to my complaints.

I intend to diligently pursue this matter and hopefully get this guy locked-up where he belongs!
