Set up a scenario for my yellow nape amazon to disappear as they worked in my yard

The company did tree trimming on my property. The noise caused my parrot to jump against window. It pushed the screen open and fell out where they were working.

The bird cannot fly and the yard is surrounded by 6ft privacy fence which it cannot climb. I noticed her missing 15 minutes later after placing her on her the cage. I asked the workers if they saw her. All negative even though they had to walk pass where she fell.

I called the company the next day and felt that I was being stonewalled. I had called the police the night of my loss and we reached the logical conclusion that someone in the company must know something about her. The company has made no legitimate response to me in my estimation.

When I am asked about a tree service and they have pets, I will recommend that they might want to consider another since I have received no good response from them. At 72, the hurt of missing my bird is enormous and I feel the company does not care.
