Urban Green Builder AKA Greg James and Steve Hernandez are two people I wish I had never met! Do not build with these guys! They will steal from you! They will put your money toward their other personal projects and builds, and they will possibly put your home into finical ruines. These two guys have caused massive damage to myself and my family and will have to face what they have done. They operate on promises they can never fill, they have never built a home with their business and are completly unprofessional. Do not use Steve Hernandez as your Mortgage Broker or you will be taken for even more money. I can just hope nobody ever has to go through the h*ll I am currently going through due to Greg James and Steve Hernandez and urban green builder...
