Took money for GHD hair straightners and did not d3eliver them

I orderd ghd hair straightners from ghdonlinesite.com and payment through cs@yourspay.com for team trade co ltd and they have only replied twice out of lots of emails to them and their other Alias names and sites.

The last reply said they would ship again or refund as item returned due to weather and uk postal strike (which there was not a strike).

I have asked for refund as they did not deliver the item ordered and they have not responded.
