Employed Grande Vista to alter out windows. They mounted windows throughout whole-house without sill assistance, efficiency or cut. Approached them about alongside moving windows that willnot secure simply because they were bowed in in the middle. Was insulted and screamed at from the operator, informed used to donot understand what I had been referring to, informed the windows were mounted precisely, agreed to promote me fresh windows to displace the windows they simply changed since the windows allegedly had a manufacturing problem. Their specialist arrived to check out the medial side by side moving windows and eliminated the outside cladding therefore screen might shut. Had windows looked over by various other companies who all stated the same... inadequate installment, no sill assistance resulting in drop, no efficiency, no outside trim and outside cladding had nothing related to incorrect procedure. I'd reccomend NEVER by using this organization. They must be OUT-OF-BUSINESS!
