Sent me a product listed under wool blankets that is not wool, it is synthetic, it was also supposed to come with a zipper bag, which I did not receive. When I contacted them they told me I could have

I bought two blankets, these were outlined under hiking after which underneath the proceeding military surplus wool blankets, these were likewise designed to incorporate a free freezer case. They didn't range from the carrier, the covers are artificial.

After I approached them they explained it had been my problem since I somehow must have recognized these were not wool as well as explained the freezer bags didn't easily fit in the delivery container, so that they didn't deliver them of course if I needed them that I'd need to spend additional delivery to obtain them.

That Is false marketing along with a neglect of client satisfaction.
