Tim Currier Contract Fraud

Had an appointment with Tim Currier, the owner of Green Home Energy Systems on Oct 3 to discuss installation of a metal roof on my home. He did not show up and when I called, he said he had a car accident on the way. He came the next day and after discussing and reaching an agreement a Contract was signed with Tim Currier the owner of Green Home Energy Systems to install a front door unit, build a small roof over the front door, remove and replace roof shingles with a DECRA steel roof system for $14,867 with a start date of 4 weeks from Oct 4, weather permiting. Asked for half up front and the second half upon satisfactory completion of job. Received email on Oct 6 that door unit with and sidelites was ordered on Oct 5 and would arrive before the roofing materials. Tim Currier was non-responsive to emails regarding start date and eventually notified me via email on Nov.
