Horrible Customer Service, Rude, Liars!

Find another roofing company! This is the least customer oriented company I have ever dealt with! Their employees all lie and each one will tell you a different story. They are all rude, the worst of all being the owner Rob! They do not care at all about your time and do things on their own schedule without a care for your convenience. They corner you into signing a contract and expect you to be available for a crapload of appointments, some which they do not even show up for. Also, I have heard from multiple sources that the owner finds ways of screwing his own employees out of hard earned pay. Had I known upfront how much time, stress, and dishonesty came with dealing with these folks I would have used someone else!
