Doesnt work, only make excuses

Caught to get a top replacement with T&T on 9/26. A $3000.00 deposit was handed to start the task, and that I obtained a settled bill in those days. Work started week of 10/3. But after just re-roofing an extremely little region [using the incorrect shade shingle no less] function ceased and not resumed. After several reasons and guarantees of work conclusion, T&T never resumed function, OR released any communication. I’ve attempted to contact Rob Julien of T&T numerous occasions, but usually needed to abandon a voice-mail and also have obtained NO-CALL BACK! After several texts backwards and forwards, however no quality.

Appears like litigation is inevitable.
