Moss and Company is a total rip off.

RUN... Do not walk from this building.

The property management will never fix any problems.

The manager is a pervert and the property manger/owner Alexis will always take his side no matter what issue you may have.

I had a flood in my apartment from the tenant above me as it taken over 3 months for the manger to resolve the problem, Rats ate the wires in Range Rover that's parked in their garage near the trash shute.

The manager steals from tenants when they're at work. He had stolen a diamond necklace and money that I had that was sitting on the kitchen cabinet.

I never unpacked my boxes from my move in... I can't wait until my lease is over.

They make a bunch of promises only to be broken.

This place is a DUMP... You can get a better apartment at a lower price in the area.

Plus there is a serial rapist in the neighborhood... I bet its the manager.
