No answer to calls - home warranty

My built in microwave is broken for 2 weeks. Trying to contact customer service with no success. There is no working phone, e-mails rejected. I assume that this company went out of business. Will make a formal complaint to BBB and Oregon Attorney General. I want to get my $388 back asap. Please stay away from this people, IT IS A GROSS SCAM!!!
