Paid for a sign, even received a drawing, but never received ordered sign. Never received answers to telephone msgs, never even received a satisfactory answer after I reported this crook to the NY State Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs. This charlatan attends Fairs, Swap Meets, etc. Report him to Officials or the Police if he is in your neck of the woods.
