My name is David Raver, I am the Office Manager for Servpro of N. Vista/San Marcos. We take claims such as these very serious. I would like to address a few remarks about these allegations that lead me to believe, this message is not from one of our customers. First, The majority of the claims we work are approved by an insurance adjuster before work is begun, and the customer rarely see's any billing. Second, I personally perform all collection efforts for our franchise, and have never repeatedly contacted a customer for payment.in addition, our Contents Management Team, takes great pride in cleaning & handling our customer’s property.in fact, our franchise holds every member of our team to the highest standards.
