Ripped me off! They have my $98.23! Two months later - where are my plants?

On March 4th I ordered $98.23 worth of plants and garden products from this company. I paid by personal check. I've never ordered from them before. My check was cashed on April 4th. I got my grass seed a couple weeks ago. The invoice did not mention any of the other items I'd ordered - if they were on their way or when they would be sent, etc.

I finally tried to contact the company this morning, but have gotted a busy signal each time. So I sent an e-mail, and decided to check out their web site. It didn't come up, so I put them into the search engine and found their name multiple times under ripp off titles.

I assume that I've also been ripped off, so decided to file a report. Is there any way to get my money back?
