Tried to contact seller numerous times. Seller didn't call or email me back with in a specific time as stated. I bought a steam cleaner on 4-13-04 and was processed that day payed for it that day. Seller said that would take 5 days to process and up to 9 days to ship. Well it has been that and some still haven't heard or seen product. What makes it so bad is they won't return calls or emails and there is no way to get a hold of them anyother way. I paid 149.00 for product. Still nothing.
