Offered me a-5 time screen that I must be property due to their fireplace cleaning support to come quickly to my home. At4 5 hours in to the time period, they contact me and state they have to stop the visit. I convey my disappointment that I simply removed all my ideas for that day-to be accessible for that complete 5 hours and today they stop finally moment. Then they go to state that they've problems constantly plus they really often have to stop on clients. I suppose they stated this to express it's not really a large package they terminated on me. They questioned basically wish to reschedule using their organization, and that I mentioned certain but I needed a discount for losing my whole evening. The client support consultant moves me to some "supervisor" who claims they have to contact me back the next day to inform me when they could possibly offer a little discount or not. They never called back. The corporation doesn't value-its clients period at-all and can't satisfy their visits effeciently at-all in my own knowledge. Wouldn't reccomend with them. I'll be buying diverse organization for that support that still have to be completed.
