Did not deliver the goods. Rip-off!

I purchased dinette chairs and a rocker from West Coast Furnishings on March 6th, '04. They charged my credit card and told me it would take 7-10 business days to ship and I would get a tracking number. March 25th they telephoned to say there was a problem with shipping and it would be another 7-10 days. That was the last I heard from them.

They do not respond to my repeated e-mails, no one answers the phone, and they do not respond to phone messages on their answering machine.

It's as if they just suddenly vanished. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. I'm still waiting.
