Ordered several items which did arrive but not what I was told.

The Paulwonia Trees were to be 3 to 6 feet tall according to a representative I contactacted so I could have the holes dug properly and ready upon arrival. Of 3 trees only one survives and were 6 inches tall upon arrival. 2 wilted and died in the heat already.

Of the 24 Siberian Lavender at least 6 did not make it so far and of the 12 Crownvetch only 6 have made it.

These plants are so small and poorly harvested it is a wonder anything survives.

I called when they arrived and complained about the tree size and the lady said the person I previously talked with must have got her info wrong. They extended the warranty for refund from 30 to 90 days and replacement to 1 year BUT!!! Try to contact them. Constant busy signals for 2 days and no e-mail response.

I will contact my credit card company.
