Is it feasible to provide bad personalities since they'renot actually worth one?! DON'T ACTUALLY use these fraud artists! I required a "free in-house estimation" and was welcomed using the pushiest salesman I've actually fulfilled, Mark Funk. He explained at the conclusion that I had been necessary to provide him a $60 deposit, and signal an "estimation" to ensure that EASILY shifted forward together he'dnot need to return out towards the home. After I questioned him exactly what the termination plan was he mentioned that I really could stop anytime, plus they might deliver my cash back. I also informed him numerous occasions that used to donot desire to be secured into something w/d I had beennot certain of my choice yet. He assured me that I had been just signing an estimation, and again, might stop any moment. NOT ONCE did he actually tell me that I'd to stop, written down, within 3 times. He understood that I was acquiring another estimate the next week, following the 3-day period of time, but still didn't actually state a term in my experience, even if I particularly requested exactly what the cancellation policy was. I terminated per week 5 later, and also have been battling together since to obtain my $60 back. Mature manager, Kate Zilke, named me back after delivering an email indicating my discontent, and all she did was claim with me, over $60 - toughest customer support I've actually obtained. LAYING, TAKING THIEFS!!! Costly lesson learned on my component to see the exceptionally small printing about the base of the site, AND NOT trust a Luna salesman. They've dropped my company, and any potential business of my buddies, and household, over $60. DON'T actually contact Luna!!!
