Failed warranty

On/about 10/16/08, Yesko Roofing mounted a 40-foot portion of seemless gutter in the back of my home. Yesko Roofing supplied my spouse having a handwritten bill which resembled the job had a "5 yr. Workmanship guarantee". On/about 2/24/10, the 40-foot portion of gutter dropped down. I originally thought it had been because of the ice/snow. Nevertheless, I reside in an agenda with 12 additional houses, all constructed in the same period from the same company with no other-other house experienced any harm. The gutter that fell was the "new" one which was built by Yesko 16 weeks before. Wayne Yesko found the home and examined the harm. He explained the harm wasn't from his craftsmanship but in the large snow. He declined to correct the gutter together with his "5 year. Workmanship warranty". We named two additional regional companies for esimates for the insurance state. Both companies opined the gutters were mounted improperly, which triggered the fall. The gutter mounting brackets were to become mounted at 24" - 30" intervals, with respect to the producers' tips, but Yesko had mounted the supports at 47", 48" and 51" sporatic intervals. This didn't offer sufficient assistance to get a 40-foot seemless gutter. I did so get a check from my insurance for that harm, but I dropped $500 because of the deductible.in my opinion the harm to my house was because of the bad craftsmanship and never the current weather.
