Sherri: I had the worse experiance in buying Item in internet from your company. When I ordered this Item I mentioned to the sales person 3 times, that the Item has to be delivered in the masterbedroom Upstairs and there is 12 staires to bedroom, she told me no problem, now they want to charge me for that, do you think this is right thing to do for your company??? This is a chat letter I sent them and their answer was: We are Surry if you want your Item (800 Pound heavy Vanity) to be delivered inside you have to pay $112.00 extra they are rude and extreamly dishounest.
