Dun-dal construction Scammed from day one, fraudulent altered contracts, ripped off completely. Not to code

Ecommended by insurance agent. So thought trustworthy. Had renovated her home. (for leads?). Promised a 50 year roof at 30 year price because he was so busy he was bringing in his own trailer of shingles so could save so much $. Tore off roof after waiting two months for the first rain in Texas in 5 months then presented a bill for more than the rest of the bid. Due immediately. $18000. Had already received $15000 from ins.Co. I could have a slate roof for this.

Had ancillary contracts for kitchen granite and gas line. Was to cost an extra 3-5k. Demolished kitchen counters and then demanded $21,000 to continue. Put forth fraudulent altered contracts to insurance company and us. Roof was not lifetime, but 30 year. Workers tipped us off they told them to cover up the damaged roof deck with new shingles and not replace stacks or turbines. Gas line not to code, buried csst flex line with no covering. Roof bubbling. Threatening emails daily.

In the meantime tore off window sills and said I had termites and mold and needed new doors and windows. Had all inspected, roof not performed to industry standards, no mold, no termites.
