Ripoff Poor Customer Service, Lied to us on several Occasions

This company has a "no excuses" policy. Well, All I get from them is excuses why my $1000.00 deposit hasn't been returned. They lost my business due to poor customer service, and incorrect paperwork. They praised us with "If you are not 100% satusfied we will refund your $1000.00 deposit immediately."

Well after 3 months I still haven't received my money. I have sent them copies of the cancelled check. And threatened them with my attorney. I have filed with Better Business Bureau of Florida and Also the BMV.

Take my advice stay away from this location. They lie and push sales, you will be treated as a number rather than a person.
