The owner quoted me a price to complete the re-screen of my pool cage. The job was not completed on time and for that mater it was never completed. The owner decided half way through the job that he was incompetent at quoting the price so either I would pay him to do the rest or he was going to leave the job undone. If you want a half done job at more than the quoted price then you really should hire this guy.
