As an investor and now a litigant involved in recovering my money, I want to warn any unsuspecting investor to beware of these 2 disreputable people. Lying about their past, pretending to be good, wholesome individuals who are sincere about building a company could be no further from the truth with these 2 liars. Not disclosing their Bankruptcy in Not disclosing the mountain of debt they left like American Express and others, not disclosing the fact that the patents are not valid worldwide, not disclosing that they have left vendors unpaid for years, not disclosing that they spend the proceeds of the receivables on no one but themselves buying expensive cars, clothes and jewelry. They are disgrace to the business community and to their families who have to deal with their sleazy fallout from their scams.
