Air duct Cleaning Scam

Total Rip off, Came to do a 79 dollar cleaning suckered me for 3,000. Now my AC keeps freezing up. Tried to call for the "service agreement" I signed up for and they have yet to come (TWO DAYS). I have just call my credit card company to dispute the charge and they have agreed. I am continuing to pull all the information I have researched on the internet about others being scammed.

I would love to bring this company to a HALT. How do they sleep at night knowingly taking advantage of people who know nothing about AC repair? Please respond with complaints! I have never written a review on anything but now I truly see the importance as a consumer. We need to look after one another to stop this kind of BS ASAP. Sorry for the acronyms but companies need to make a profit without deception.
