Made a promise to replace a mattress almost a year ago now!

I purchased a couple of bedrooms outfits from this company and a queen size mattress set for myself. The mattress set was not in my bedroom for a whole year before I noticed a sinking factor.

I notified Dennis one of the owners about this factor he then told me after two or three calls that an inspector would have to come out and investigate it.
Called him back after not hearing anything for two to three weeks. He said that he had been on the phone and would have me a new mattress here at my home in less than a week.

That week has never came!

The last time I talked to Dennis was January 22 in which he told me he would have it delievered. It is now March 31.

I have yet to receive a new mattress set! I was involved in a serious automobile accident 6-3-03and I have to sleep on a futon because I can not sleep in my bed.
I had even notified the Better Business Bureau. Then out of no where I get this call on my voice mail from a lady named Brenda to whom I did not know who told me that there was a mattress set waiting to be delieverd to me.

By this time I had purchased a twin size set to sleep on and really wanted my money back. Needless to say have not heard anything as of yet!
