I reside in Worcester, MA, I've a building 3 surfaces appartments and that I paid a toatl of $21.904,00 bucks for this organization to set up new heat and heated water system. My entire life is a headache since that time. I've a lot of issues with the corporation given that they mounted 3 large "effectiveness" fuel furnace in my own home this past year. Both main issues were solved after weeks of tension and spending large gasoline expenses. Today, the equipment on thirth floor is closing down every single other evening, it's been occurring since 6/24, exactly the same issue occurred before on first-floor. Our tenent is treatening me of not pay lease if this issue remains. I lost count of just how many occasions I named the corporation to repair it. Kyle Ritchie, the supervisor keep stating he can come to repair it but he never arrived. Additionally, the machine and dryer store was taken off the wall once they intalled the boilers but hey never moved them, alternatively, they left them hanging. I cannot convey enough just how much tension I am going through.
